Seido - The Sincere Way
Have you always wanted to study Karate but just never got around to it?  
Do you feel like you’re too “old” or “out-of-shape” to start now?  
If so, this is the class for you! Join us at the Life Center - 47 Main Street, Orleans
Mondays - Beginner and Advanced Beginner 7:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays - Advanced Class 7:30pm

  • Learn the basics of this traditional Zen based Japanese Karate. 
  • Basic kicks, punches, blocks and combinations learned by Seido Karate students around the world will be taught.  
  • No fighting or sparring in this class.  
  • Have fun and learn self defense, get in better shape by building strength and flexibility, learn Seido Karate philosophy and further develop your focus and concentration.  No prior karate experience is needed.
